I bought a chandelier from Sofary compared to other lights I’ve had in the same room, this one just doesn’t brighten things up the way I expected. It looks really nice when it’s off, but once it’s on, the light feels kind of dim and uneven. I ended up adding extra lamps around the room to make up for it, which was disappointing.

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a few back-and-forth messages to get my return sorted out. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just slower than I thought it would be. The refund eventually came through, so I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

The box showed up looking rough, and one corner of the item was chipped when I opened it. It kind of seems like not much thought went into protecting it for shipping, because the padding inside really wasn’t enough. Better packaging probably would’ve prevented this.

I’m not a fan. The designs look kind of cheap and outdated, and it’s frustrating that the terms seem to keep changing too. It just doesn’t feel as polished or reliable as I expected.

I’ve bought from this brand before and usually really like their stuff, so I was a little disappointed with this one. The package arrived fine and nothing seemed damaged, but putting it together was way more frustrating than I expected. The instructions felt like they skipped a few steps, and a couple of the parts didn’t line up easily. I ended up calling a friend over to help, which I wasn’t planning on. Now that it’s assembled, it does look nice, so I’m torn because I still like the brand overall, but this setup was definitely a hassle

I just don’t think it’s worth the price. It might work for some people, but for what it is, it feels way too expensive to me

I do actually like the light now that it’s here, but the whole delivery part was frustrating because it took way longer than the original date they showed, the tracking just sat there with no updates for days, I ended up having to email them to figure out what was going on, and by the time it finally arrived I was just relieved it was packed okay even though the waiting around really annoyed me.
